The College of Social Sciences and Management offers four (4) undergraduate programs and one (1) graduate program through three departments: the Department of Economics and Political Science (DEPS), the Department of Psychology (DPsych), and the Department of Management (DAME).

The Department of Economics and Political Science (DEPS) offers the BA Political Science and BS Economics programs, providing students with a strong foundation in governance, public policy, political systems, and economic principles. Graduates pursue careers in public management, policymaking, law, diplomacy, economics, finance, research, planning, and education, contributing to national and regional development.

The Department of Psychology (DPsych) offers the BS Psychology program, preparing students to understand human behavior and apply psychological principles across diverse settings. Graduates may pursue the Psychometricians Licensure Examination and careers in guidance and counseling, human resource management, organizational development, research, education, and other psychology-related fields, with opportunities to further specialize through graduate studies.

The Department of Management (DAME) offers the BA Accountancy and BA Management undergraduate programs, as well as the Master of Management graduate program. Its programs develop globally competitive and conscientious professionals and leaders for careers in accountancy, business management, finance, entrepreneurship, public governance, and organizational leadership, with a focus on advancing local and regional communities, particularly in Eastern Visayas.
