The Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science program deals with the theory and practice of government and politics at the local, state, national, and international levels. Students are trained to develop strong communication and research skills, critical thinking, social awareness, and a deep sense of participatory citizenship.
BA Political Science graduates can pursue careers in development work, government service, and policymaking, among others. They can also pursue graduate degrees and eventually work in the education sector, and/or engage with local communities to shape public policy through data-driven research.
