Students may apply for government or private (i.e. donor-funded) scholarships and grants, which are announced regularly. Scholarships consist of living and book subsidies and are based on both financial need and academic performance.

Student assistants are placed in different UPTC offices and given an allowance of PhP 60.00 per hour. The maximum number of hours of service per month is 30 hours.
