The UP Tacloban Leyte Samar Heritage Center (LSHC) will hold a roundtable discussion titled “Learning Materials Production Using Eastern Visayas Local Languages” on 24 October 2025, 1:00–5:00 PM at the LSHC Gallery. This is the second in the three-part Pagpakusog han Aton Pinulungan Roundtable Series, which seeks to inform policies promoting Eastern Visayas languages in education and public discourse.
Discussants include Dr. Voltaire Q. Oyzon, Dr. Analyn C. Españo, Dr. Mat C. Banagbanag, Ms. Firie Jill T. Ramos, Prof. Phil Harold L. Mercurio, Mr. Reyan L. Arinto, Mr. Herminigildo A. Sanchez, and Dr. Dominador Pagliawan, who will share their work on research, education, and cultural promotion of local languages.
