Organized by the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), PEP sessions are structured learning experiences on topics like self-awareness, building a support system, and stress and time management.
Tomorrow, 09 October 2024, we’ll delve into 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 with fun interactive games like Human Knot.
Next week, 16 October 2024, you’ll learn about 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.
