The program provided free legal aid, medical services, a dance workshop, and mental health and psychosocial support activities for over 90 residents—including children, youth, barangay officials, and elders of Brgy. Sta. Elena, one of Pahinungód Tacloban’s adopted communities.
This initiative is part of UP Tacloban’s ongoing UP<3ME UP Loves Municipality Empowerment public service program, which promotes literacy development, psychosocial welfare, and community development, particularly for underserved and marginalized communities in Region 8.
