In celebration of Ugnayan ng Pahinungód’s 31st founding anniversary, Ugnayan ng Pahinungód Tacloban is organizing a Public Service Caravan on 15 February 2025 at Brgy. 107, Sta. Elena, Tacloban City.

As part of UP Tacloban’s UP<3ME (UP Loves Municipality Empowerment) public service program, this half-day caravan will provide free legal consultations, medical check-ups, and mental health and wellness activities for the children, youth, and residents of Brgy. Sta. Elena, one of Pahinungód Tacloban’s adopted communities.

This initiative is made possible through the collaboration and support of UP Tacloban alumni legal and medical practitioners, the Health Services Unit, BA Psychology faculty, the Step UP student organization, and Pahinungód student volunteers.
