Asst. Prof. Sadian-Cercado is a leading advocate for mental health and psychosocial support initiatives (MHPSS) in the Region. Since 2014, and especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, she has tirelessly dedicated her time and expertise to various volunteer work and public service initiatives in service of mental health. Her unwavering commitment to providing MHPSS, especially Psychological First Aid services, has profoundly impacted marginalized and underserved communities, including the youth, disaster-stricken areas, and persons with disabilities and their families. Asst. Prof. Sadian-Cercado’s efforts have consistently embodied the spirit of service and compassion, significantly contributing to improving countless lives in the Region.
