UP Tacloban’s Economics program and Economics Society invite everyone to the 7th Oikonomia Forum titled “How Do Economists Think About Freelancing in the Gig Economy” on 21 October 2025, 10:00 AM–12:00 NN, at the AS Conference Hall.
The forum will feature Dr. Gideon P. Carnaje, Associate Professor and former Chair of the UP Los Baños Department of Economics, who will discuss the opportunities and challenges of freelancing in today’s digital labor market.
