The UP Tacloban Ugnayan ng Pahinungód, in collaboration with the Philippine Red Cross-Leyte Chapter, is hosting an orientation on establishing a Red Cross Youth Council at UP Tacloban, followed by an introductory course on Basic Life Support Training on Wednesday, 13 November 2024, 9 AM to 4 PM at the UPTC Multi-purpose Building. This activity is part of the ongoing workshops under Ugnayan ng Pahinungód Tacloban’s Volunteer Formation Program.
