UP Tacloban’s Ugnayan ng Pahinungod spearheaded an UPCAT information caravan on 11 and 13 March 2026, reaching 86 public senior high schools in 63 municipalities in Biliran, Leyte, Southern Leyte, Samar, and Eastern Samar. A total of 6,179 Grade 11 students participated in simultaneous information sessions conducted by UP Tacloban faculty members, non-teaching personnel, and student volunteers.

The UP Tacloban Ugnayan ng Pahinungod and Division of Management held a “Pamasko Community Outreach and Capacity-Building Workshop” on 18 December 2025 at the Greendale Multi-Purpose Building in Brgy. 105, Suhi, Tacloban City.

Volunteers from the UP Tacloban Ugnayan ng Pahinungód provided psychological first aid to the children of Typhoon Tino-stricken Barangay Hingatungan in Silago, Southern Leyte on 29 November 2025.
