The conference advances interdisciplinary dialogue on island heritage, ecological stewardship, sustainable livelihoods, governance, and cultural identity across local and global contexts. Next year’s conference will be hosted by the Pacific Arts Center and Waiheke Island in Aotearoa, New Zealand.
