Forty-two administrative, research, extension, and professional staff and unit heads of UP Tacloban College (UPTC) participated in LINANG: Mga Serye ng Pagsasanay para sa Pagpapaunlad ng Paglilingkod sa Pamantasan at Bayan, held on 7-11 July 2025 at UPTC’s Leyte Samar Heritage Center.
Spearheaded by the UP Office of the Vice President for Administration (OVPA), the five-day training program is designed to cultivate a values-driven, other-centered workforce guided by the University’s core values of honor and excellence.
The LINANG sessions at UPTC were facilitated by the OVPA Linang Team composed of Assistant Vice President for Administration (Human Resource Development) Richard S. Javier, Assistant Vice President for Administration (Organizational Development and Operations) Tiffany Adelaine G. Tan, University Extension Specialist Pepito T. Dizon, Jonathan Ceazar S. Dela Cruz, and Maeven M. Enciso.
