Led by the Physical Education classes, SaragFit offers participants an enjoyable way to stay active while promoting camaraderie among the campus community. The program name, SaragFit, not only hints at “fitness” but also draws from the Waray word saragpit, meaning “next to one another,” symbolizing the shared effort and connection among participants.

SaragFit is part of UP Tacloban College’s broader wellness program, which aims to support holistic well-being among students, faculty, and staff. As participants laughed, danced, and moved together, the atmosphere was one of excitement and solidarity.
