UP Tacloban launches PUSO and BULSA

The PUSO (Personnel Unified Systems Outlook) and BULSA (Budget Utilization, Liquidation, and System Analytics) systems officially went live today, 20 November 2024, at UP Tacloban College. The adoption of the two systems is part of the UP System’s digital transformation (Dx) program, which aims to optimize workflows, promote inclusivity, and strengthen UP’s position as a leading national university in the digital age.
