UP Tacloban joins the nationwide 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW), which begins today, 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and National Consciousness Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and Children, and ends on 12 December, the International Day Against Trafficking.
As part of this year’s observance, the UP Tacloban Gender and Development Program (GDP), Office of Anti-Sexual Harassment (OASH), and Division of Social Sciences will hold Speak UP 2 on 26 November 2025, featuring student-produced digital shorts at the Library Hall, and a “Liverary” on Queer Self-Definition at the Multi-purpose Building.
