UP Tacloban’s Gender and Development Program (GDP) and Office of Anti-Sexual Harassment (OASH), in partnership with the Division of Humanities and Ugnayan ng Pahinungód, conducted “An Bata nga Babaye Lider han Kabag-ohán,” a gender sensitivity training workshop at Sagkahan Elementary School on 23 October 2025. The event was held in celebration of the 2025 International Day of the Girl Child on 11 October 2025.

 

Around 200 Grade 6 pupils participated in interactive discussions and group work to promote respect, inclusivity, and gender equality among young learners.
