UP Halcyon, a socio-civic organization at the University of the philippines Tacloban College, will be honored with the “President’s Award in Outstanding Student Organization” at the UP President’s Awarding Ceremony today, 20 June 2025.

 

Founded in 2004, UP Halcyon has consistently exemplified honor, excellence, and service, creating opportunities and making meaningful contributions both within the university and the larger community.
