In celebration of National Women’s Month UP Tacloban’s Division of Social Sciences, in collaboration with the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources VIII and Women in Fisheries of the Philippines – Eastern Visayas, invites everyone to attend SPEAK UP! Amplifying Women’s Legacy on 19 March 2025 at the 3rd floor, UP Tacloban College Library Building.
This event features a video screening, showcasing portrayals of women’s empowerment by Social Science 5: Understanding Sex and Gender students, followed by a forum on women in municipal fisheries.
