All UP Tacloban students, faculty, and staff are invited to SaragFit: Saragyaw for Fitness, a 30-minute dance workout to be held every Wednesday starting 16 October 2024, 4:00-4:30 PM at the AS Grounds.
Part of the wellness program of the College, SaragFit will be led by PE 1 (Foundation of Physical Fitness) classes this first semester of AY 2024-2025.
