The 2025 edition of the UP Carillon Magazine spotlights UP Tacloban, the newest autonomous college in the UP System, and its progress toward becoming a constituent university. The cover of the printed edition, which is also downloadable as a PDF file, features the sculptural doors of the Leyte Samar Heritage Center. Also featured are the campus’s green spaces as well as interviews with some of UP Tacloban’s distinguished alumni.
