Learning Outcomes

At the end of the program, the Master of Management (MM) graduates should be able to:

  1. Demonstrate cognitive, technical, and psycho-social skills and competencies in performing organizational and leadership tasks in a highly dynamic globalized environment;
  2. Apply the appropriate decision tools to solve organization and management problems and derive results;
  3. Use information and communication technology (ICT) skills for effective and efficient managerial leadership decision-making;
  4. Display human resource management and supervisory skills in the exercise of management profession in all organizational levels.
  5. Conduct organization and management research in support of local, regional, and national development.
  6. Use research-based managerial problem-solving and decision-making in a global context;
  7. Design creative, innovative, efficient, and effective work systems and processes.
  8. Practice nationalism, social responsibility, and organizational citizenship in the workplace.
