Associate Professor Ervina A. Espina of UP Tacloban’s Division of Social Sciences has been appointed as the new Ugnayan ng Pahinungód System director.
Dr. Espina was the Coordinator of Ugnayan ng Pahinungód Tacloban from August 2023 to June 2025, and officer-in-charge of the Ugnayan ng Pahinungód System Office from January to May 2025.
