Campus Calm: A Mindful Nature Walk

Celebrate World Mental Health Day with Us!
 
The Psychology Faculty of UP Tacloban, in collaboration with the Psych Circle, invites all faculty, students, and staff to step away from your daily routines and join Campus Calm: A Mindful Nature Walk.
 
Take this opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with nature as we guide you through a series of mindfulness activities like mindful breathing, laughter yoga, a gratitude wall, free association, and forest bathing. These techniques are designed to help you unwind, refresh your mind, and enjoy meaningful moments with friends.
