A 6-day Transnational Lecture-Workshop on Disaster Preparedness and Resilience will be held on 28 July to 2 August 2025 at UP Tacloban College in Tacloban City.

 

This hybrid program is co-organized by STEAR – Student Think Tank for Europe-Asia and the University of the Philippines Tacloban College. This is open to students, young professionals, and advocates from all backgrounds. Youth based in Tacloban City or Eastern Visayas are encouraged to apply.
