UP Tacloban’s Division of Natural Sciences and Mathematics and Biological Society hosted the BIOlympiad 2025 as part of its Science Week celebration on 30 September 2025 at the Multi-purpose Building.
Twenty-seven teams from 15 high schools across Eastern Visayas joined the competition. Leyte National High School emerged as champion, followed by St. Therese Educational Foundation of Tacloban Inc. in second place and Tanauan National High School in third.
