06 September 2025

In line with UP Tacloban’s commitment to academic excellence, three additional undergraduate programs of the college underwent an external quality assurance (EQA) assessment on 2-4 September 2025. The BS Accountancy program of the Division of Management, the BS Computer Science program of the Division of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, and the BA Media Arts program of the Division of Humanities went through an EQA Type B assessment, in which reviewers from another UP constituent university thoroughly evaluate a degree program’s curriculum structure, instructional strategies, and overall program implementation based on the ASEAN University Network (AUN) QA criteria.
