The activity was led by the UP Tacloban Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Committee, chaired by Vice Chancellor for Administration Arvin L. De Veyra, as part of the university’s continuing efforts to strengthen earthquake preparedness and promote a culture of safety on campus.
