11 December 2025

UP Tacloban College upholds the Safe Spaces Act or Anti-Bastos Law (RA 11213) protecting every Filipino citizen from gender-based harassment.

Among Safe Spaces Act violations are sexual comments, unwanted advances, sexual jokes, sexist comments, misogynistic remarks, transphobic remarks, persistent uninvited comments and requests for personal details, stalking, wolf-whistling, lewd sexual actions, and non-consensual communication.

If you experience or witness any of these violations, reach out to support offices such as the Office of Anti-Sexual Harassment.
