Β The most anticipated event of the year is back to crown a new champion. After last year’s successful comeback, the UP Tacloban Student Council proudly welcomes back the glorious return of the π¨π£ π§ππππ’πππ‘ π¦π£π’π₯π§π¦πππ¦π§!
Anchored with the theme “Kabataan nga Nakikigbisog, Susi han Mas Pinalawig nga Kusog”, this year’s event highlights the strength of the united front of the youth to combat the challenges brought by the current sociopolitical climate that continues to hegemonize and silence progressive thinking. With the Marcos Administration continuously pushing forth a foreign-centered and self-serving Charter Change, the youth should, more than ever, recognize that power is in the people, not in the people in power and it is in militant solidarity that we will be able to champion the calls of our sector and realize the full emancipation we wish for our country.
